The site next to the former ice factory in Berlin-Mitte, directly on the Spree, covers approximately 10,000 square metres. Skyland conceived and developed the project in collaboration with Cologne-based Pantera AG and planned it together with an architectural team. The exceptional design encompasses two central building structures with approximately 300 apartments, surrounded by several landscaped courtyards, gardens, and parks as distinctive recreational retreats. With official approval of this planning, Skyland was able to sell the project profitably to a well-known property developer after just one year.
