Lakeside is an elegant ensemble of historic and new-build structures on the listed, castle-like estate on the Tiefer See in Potsdam. Skyland acquired the site and developed the plans for 34 prestigious condominium apartments of up to 300 square metres in size. Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinary villa architecture, the historic part of which dates from 1847. In addition to the luxury refurbishment, the exclusive locational advantage of the property is also of significance: Lakeside is situated at one of the last available waterfront locations in the Berlin suburbs. Upon completion of the planning phase, Skyland was able to sell the project, along with the official building permit, to one of Germany’s major property developers.
