Skyland acquired two large listed Wilhelminian-era houses in the country house style in an exclusive villa district of the city and redeveloped the property from the ground up. The elaborate planning of 41 luxuriously appointed condominium apartments in a prestigious location was approved by the State of Berlin after two years of planning. With this official building permit, Skyland was able to sell the lucrative project to a large and reputable property developer.
