He initially worked for several years at one of Germany\u2019s largest estate agencies before joining Skyland as Chief Commercial Officer in 2022 and, shortly afterwards, taking over as Managing Director of Skyland Development GmbH.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fritz is primarily responsible for sourcing new projects and their sale following project development, as well as for the marketing of apartments and commercial units renovated and newly built by Skyland. Nicolas Fritz has an excellent knowledge of the Berlin property market and is also entrusted with the financial management of Skyland\u2019s ongoing projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his spare time, Nicolas Fritz is physically active and regularly undertakes demanding fitness and marathon training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nicolas Fritz was born in Berlin, went to school there and went on to study property management in the German capital.
