Nicolas Fritz was born in Berlin, went to school there and went on to study property management in the German capital. He initially worked for several years at one of Germany’s largest estate agencies before joining Skyland as Chief Commercial Officer in 2022 and, shortly afterwards, taking over as Managing Director of Skyland Development GmbH.

Fritz is primarily responsible for sourcing new projects and their sale following project development, as well as for the marketing of apartments and commercial units renovated and newly built by Skyland. Nicolas Fritz has an excellent knowledge of the Berlin property market and is also entrusted with the financial management of Skyland’s ongoing projects.

In his spare time, Nicolas Fritz is physically active and regularly undertakes demanding fitness and marathon training.

Artem Yaremko is the CFO of Skyland Holding. Born in 1992 in Potsdam, Germany, he later received his education in Ukraine, where he earned a Master of Laws from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University and began his professional career. In 2009, he founded his first company and subsequently built his professional background, gaining practical experience in team management, business development, financial planning, transaction support, and the structuring of commercial processes and business relationships.

As Head of Finance of Skyland Holding, his focus is on financial structuring, capital planning, and the preparation of selected projects for discussions with financing and investment partners. Since 2019, Yaremko has been involved in initiatives related to Skyland, initially supporting project development activities in Ukraine and later contributing to selected real estate and energy-related projects in Germany. Since 2026, he has held the position of Head of Finance at the company. He is married, lives in Leipzig, and is passionate about golf.

Bernd Ehret is the founder and CEO of Skyland Group and Skyland Holding. Born in 1974 in Neuenmarkt-Wirsberg, Franconia, he completed a commercial apprenticeship in his hometown before working for various companies in sales, distribution, and real estate financing. In 1996, he founded his first company. He also became a shareholder in other project development companies before establishing the F&B Group in 2007, which has operated as Skyland Holding GmbH since 2017.

As CEO of Skyland Holding and Skyland Group, he is primarily responsible for sourcing, development, and sales. As a manager and/or shareholder of Skyland Group and other companies, Ehret has built up a personal track record since 1996 that extends far beyond that of his current company. He now lives in Leipzig, is married, and is the father of six children. He is closely associated with the outstanding reputation of Skyland Development Group, as well as its strict compliance standards, financial strength, and credibility.

As a sponsor of tennis, he helped his hometown team secure promotion to Germany’s top league in the Men’s 40 category.
