Köpenicker Straße

Directly on the River Spree and approximately 10,000 m², this development lies alongside the old ice cream factory in Berlin-Mitte. Two central buildings have been planned and approved, including approximately 300 residential units - surrounded by several green courtyards, gardens, and parks to create a special oasis of calm.
