The ‘Hakeburg’ was built between 1906 and 1908 as an aristocratic residence for Dietloff von Hake. It is a mysterious place with a distinctive aura. After a turbulent history, the estate in Kleinmachnow is now being converted into a residential ensemble of high-quality condominium apartments. What is extraordinary is not only the external appearance, but also the excellent location: although the Hakeburg is situated on the Machnower See, in the middle of a forest on a four-hectare natural plot, Berlin and its urban amenities are in close proximity.
